📄️ My Signature
This guide provides instructions on how to save your signature and initials using the OpenSign application. Once saved, you can use them with one click when signing documents. To create your signature, start by clicking the "My Signature" link under "settings" menu.
📄️ Disable DocumentId
Whenever a document is signed by all parties, OpenSign™ adds a DocumentId at the top left corner of the digitally signed document.
📄️ Manage users
The User Management feature allows administrators to add, edit, and manage users within the OpenSign application. This feature is available on self-hosted, teams, and enterprise plans. Only users with "Admin" & "OrgAdmin" role are allowed to manage users.
